Step-by-Step Guide and FAQs

We do not offer installation services. If you are located within a 30-mile radius of our store location, we can provide you with names of local contractors. We are not responsible for their performance, scheduling, or pricing. All installers or contractors are their own company, separate from Jason Hendron Construction, and we do not assume any responsibility or liability for them. If any installer or contractor you hire to install your cabinets damages any part, causing it to need replacement, Jason Hendron Construction or its cabinet distributors will not be responsible for supplying replacements free of charge. It is your responsibility to be clear with your contractor about who will be responsible for damaged items, you or them, if any items are damaged during installation or while sitting on the job site prior to installation.

Our shipping prices are calculated by our distributors and their common freight carrier. Shipping prices cannot be determined until your order quote is entered into our dealer order portal. Most shipping quotes average 7-10% of the total order price, depending on size and weight. There is also a $100.00 lift gate fee for delivery to sites that don't have a forklift available or a loading dock. This would be the buyer’s responsibility.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, debit, personal checks, business checks, and cash.

All orders over $20,000 will be required to be paid via cashier’s check or wire transfer. All forms of payment must clear our bank (1 business day) before orders are processed.

All cabinet orders will be shipped via LTL common carrier or a local carrier contracted by the cabinet distributor. The carrier will be determined by the distribution center your order is leaving from. You will be contacted by phone or email with the information provided at the time of order by the carrier to schedule a delivery once they have picked up your order and have it in their terminal. Some smaller pieces ship UPS Ground or FedEx.

Generally, most manufacturers allow 2-5 calendar days to open all cabinet packaging and accessories, inspect the contents, and notify us of any damage or missing items. Any damages will need to be photographed by the customer and sent to us via email or text. Our distributors will not accept claims without photographs.

We recommend taking photos of the shipment as it comes off the truck and noting any visible damage to the outer wrap or pallets on the delivery slip the driver will have you sign. Do not let the driver leave without providing a copy of the delivery slip.

Also, it is important that you count and make sure all ordered items are there! Some items, like crown, fillers, trims, toe kicks, etc., may be packaged together. If you cannot open all the packages while the driver is present, please mark on the bill of lading that you were not able to verify the piece count. If missing items are not noted on the BOL, we will not be able to resend these items free of charge.

Generally, most transit times are 1-7 business days. Once your order arrives at the freight terminal, the freight company will contact you via phone or email you provided at the time you placed your order with us to schedule a date and time frame. Please be aware that we are not affiliated with the freight company and cannot control the shipping process. If you have any issues once your order is in transit, we will help you to the best of our ability.

Each manufacturer has different warranties. Wildcat (Aline): 1 Year, Kitchen Crest: 1 Year, Sauder Cabinetry: 1 Year, JSI Premier Series: 1 Year, JSI Designer Series: 5 Years, US Cabinet Depot: Limited Lifetime, Yorktowne: Limited Lifetime. Please read over the warranty information that will be given to you in the store.

We recommend that you make a $20 cash deposit for a sample door from us to take home to make sure the style and finish are exactly what you are looking for. All sample deposits are refundable once returned in good condition. All of our cabinets are built to order from our suppliers and are NON-RETURNABLE unless damaged or the wrong cabinet was sent.

Sorry, we do not have unfinished cabinets. All our cabinets are either painted or stained.

Sorry, we do not have doors and drawers available to purchase. There are plenty of companies on the web that offer this service.
